Returns & Exchanges

At Charlotte Stone, we want you to love your shoes as much as we loved making them, so we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once submitted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label; simply print it out and securely package your shoes in their original box.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Package

  Affix the label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
